TITICI

Copy Strategy for the new Titici brand vision
Titici is an Italian manufacturer of high-performance carbon bicycles, founded in 1961 and rooted in a heritage of artisanal Made in Italy engineering. With five product categories active on the market and patented P.A.T. technology, the brand possessed significant technical and cultural assets, yet it still communicated using a visual and strategic language that did not align with the premium positioning the product deserved. The Dream Studios, brought on board by Pomo Style, stepped in to build a complete Brand Vision: from strategic identity and communication systems to the marketing roadmap for 2026 and 2027.

Titici’s communication failed to reflect the technical and aesthetic quality of the product across any touchpoint. Social media channels lacked a recognizable visual language and a coherent narrative. The website functioned merely as a product catalog, lacking emotional positioning or conversion capability. The brand had not yet clearly defined its target audiences, nor a value system capable of differentiating Titici in the Italian and international premium cycling market. Customization, which represents the most exclusive value of the offering, was neither visually nor strategically highlighted, treated as a simple upgrade rather than the center of gravity for the entire brand experience. The result was a flattened and fragmented perception that did justice to neither the product nor the brand’s sixty-year heritage.

The Dream Studios built Titici’s complete Brand Vision, starting from the Why, How, What strategic framework and translating it into a brand manifesto, core values, operating philosophy, and target architecture. Three cyclist profiles were defined: the Heritage cyclist, the Next Gen Rider, and the Custom Rider, each with a dedicated communication plan, product focus, and conversion channel, with differentiated mix objectives between 2026 and 2027. Based on these strategic guidelines, we coordinated Pomo Style for the execution of photo shoots and the construction of the brand’s visual language: an editorial system that meets documentary style, where the bike is the protagonist integrated into the cyclist’s real-world context, amidst road, architecture, silence, and movement. The developed visual language was applied consistently across all outputs: social editorial plan, restyling of the digital presence, communication system for the ambassador program, materials for events and partnerships, packaging guidelines, and creative direction for the future custom configurator. The marketing strategy also defined the structure of the hybrid distribution model, spanning the experiential Titici Hub, selected premium retailers, and community retail, with an operational roadmap through 2027.

Titici didn't need to reinvent itself; it needed to rediscover itself. The brand strategy work allowed us to connect sixty years of Italian know-how with a contemporary language capable of speaking both to the expert cyclist and to the new generation that chooses a bike as an act of identity. The Dream Studios built the system; Titici is taking it to the road.
